Chicago Public Schools Selects AccVerify DS2 Cynthia Says to Ensure Accessibility

Concord, NH March 4, 2005 – The Chicago Public School System has selected AccVerify Cynthia Says Edition for its accessibility validation solution. Through this agreement, HiSoftware Company’s Cynthia Says desktop software solution will be utilized for evaluation of Chicago Public School K-12 websites and web based applications for conformance to W3C Web Accessibility Standards, and organizational content quality standards.

The software provides feedback to users in a reporting format that is clear and easy to understand. Accessibility issues are detected within web sites from Web-based applications, dynamic pages, or static HTML pages. Users get an immediate report of their web site accessibility. The new release provides users with an adjustable workspace and dashboard reporting cluster that moves where the user needs it, adjusting to personal preferences without losing sight of needed functionality.
