HiSoftware Inc. Signs Korean Distribution Agreement with Trust Line Information and Communications Co., LTD

Broadened accessibility requirements in region drive market opportunity

Nashua, NH - USA and Seoul, South Korea – September 22, 2009 – HiSoftware Inc. (www.hisoftware.com), a leading provider of accessibility software, services and managed operation solutions that automate organization’s web-sites for compliance, today announced that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement in the Republic of Korea with Trust Line Information and Communications Co., LTD (TLInC). The agreement will allow TLInC to distribute HiSoftware’s leading content compliance solution, HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff® throughout South Korea, leveraging the latest accessibility standards and requirements within the region.

“TLInC is very pleased sign this important distribution agreement with HiSoftware, the leader in accessibility and compliance monitoring,” stated TLInC CEO, Mr. Seungchul Kang. “With the renewed commitment by the South Korean government to accessibility, we anticipate a strong demand for the HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff offering. We chose HiSoftware based upon our significant research into accessibility providers. We felt HiSoftware was the strongest partner in the market qualified to address the growing demands of the Korean marketplace. With the completion of a fully translated Korean version of Compliance Sheriff, TLInC can now bring this world-leading solution into the Korean marketplace.”

The distribution agreement provides TLInC with the opportunity to localize, market, distribute, license, support and service the HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff product offerings throughout the Republic of Korea. As part of a government requirement that will take place in stages over the next three years, organizations within Korea will be required to follow The Korean Web Content Accessibility Guideline 1.0 (KWCAG 1.0). This standard outlines design principles for creating accessible Web contents. Although the main market focus of the distribution agreement is driven by accessibility requirements, TLInC will be able to distribute the entire current and future HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff product line of modules. These additional modules extend the solution to include content compliance capabilities for Data Privacy, Site Quality, Operational Security, SEO and Data Tagging, in addition to Accessibility.

HiSoftware President and CEO, Kurt A. Mueffelmann, stated, “We are pleased to welcome TLInC into the rapidly growing partner network at HiSoftware. With a tremendous market opportunity on the Korean peninsula for accessibility, we are looking to a strong partner like TLInC to leverage HiSoftware’s leading compliance solutions across the region.
