Names Thomas Logan as Vice President
of Product Management
Accessibility expert to head-up
product management and development
for HiSoftware
Nashua, NH – June 2, 2009 –

compliance, today announced that
Thomas Logan has joined the company
as Vice President of Product
Management helping ensure the
company delivers the best automated
compliance software on the market.
His primary responsibilities will
include providing strategic
direction for product development,
managing the company’s development
team and overseeing HiSoftware’s
involvement in the W3C Work Group.

An accessibility industry thought
leader, Logan has experience
designing accessibility solutions
for a broad suite of technologies
including Windows Presentation
Foundation, Windows Forms, Flash,
JavaScript, and Delphi. Logan’s work
recently focused on ARIA and WCAG
2.0 building a fully functioning
accessible Web application. Logan is
a frequent speaker on the topic of
accessibility and was recent
selected to judge the Microsoft’s
Imagine Cup competition, a global
student technology competition
focused on finding technology
innovations to solve real world
issues. He was a Senior Software
Accessibility Consultant at a
government consulting firm.
Previously, Logan was the principal
Program Manager at Microsoft Corp.
for the accessibility framework
Microsoft UI Automation in Windows
Vista. Logan holds a Bachelor of
Science in Computer Science from the
University of North Carolina.
