Record growth supported through key customer wins, award-winning technology, professional services expansion and key strategic alliances

compliance, today announced the
results for fiscal year 2007 ending
December 31, 2007. For the fiscal
year, the Company reported sales
growth of 51 percent from 2006. The
roster of global enterprise
organizations and government
entities that continued to adopt the
HiSoftware solutions grew
significantly. Strong subscription
licensing and hosted contracts grew
in excess of 200 percent while
professional services tripled since
2006. The company’s growth was also
buoyed by the extremely high
enterprise customer retention rate
of 100 percent and total annual
recurring revenue which was 42
percent for the year.

Other notable highlights for 2007
include –
- Signed a strategic alliance
and development agreement with
Microsoft to create and provide
the Accessibility Kit for
SharePoint (AKS) through an
“open-source” public license.
The AKS makes Microsoft’s
fastest selling MOSS product
more compliant with
international accessibility
guidelines and creates a strong
competitive differentiator.
HiSoftware has direct
integrations from SharePoint
into its full suite of
accessibility and compliance
workflow products.
- The release of HiSoftware
Compliance Sheriff™ for general
availability to provide an
enterprise browser-based
solution to measure Web
marketing site quality and
metrics, privacy and information
data vulnerability,
accessibility compliance,
intranet standards and
customized industry or
organizational standards.
Enterprise deals were won for
New York State, BBC-Worldwide,
Motorola, Prudential, US Census
Bureau, HP.com, major retailers
and three major international
financial institutions.
- HiSoftware was named MVP by
the Software Association of New
Hampshire (SwaNH) – recognizing
HiSoftware as the top software
firm in the State of New
Hampshire.
- Changed company name to
HiSoftware Inc. to better align
branding and technology
solutions to the organization.
