HiSoftware and Microsoft to Lead Invitation-only European Web Accessibility Dialogue in London

The seminar is a continuation of the European Dialogue series the companies held throughout 2008, and culminated in the creation of the recently released Web Accessibility Handbook, a guide to best practices in Web accessibility co-authored by Microsoft and HiSoftware. The event on January 22nd will feature a panel discussion exploring the creation of a process based approach to implementing a Web Accessibility Program. This discussion will include experts from non-government organizations and enterprise organizations (including small businesses) as well as Public and Private sector Web accessibility leaders, and other key stakeholders.

The session will also include an interactive dialogue with the entire audience to better understand the key components for creating a repeatable process for their accessibility work. It will also focus on specific solutions, strategies, case studies and best practices that Microsoft, industry and the marketplace are providing to assist partners and customers address accessibility within their Internet and Intranet environments.
