As a follow-up to the Lisbon Ministerial last year, Microsoft and HiSoftware partnered to hold a series of web accessibility dialogues across Europe throughout 2008. These Dialogues included participants from NGOs, Governments, and the private sector. They focused on understanding the challenges of web accessibility and sharing best practices to address those challenges. These European Web Accessibility Dialogues resulted in a “How To” Handbook for web accessibility. This workshop will summarize the Dialogues and present the Handbook.
